Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items, including energy bars.
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shilpi@ie5foods.com with a photo and order number. We’ll do our best to make it right.
